About US
Shepherd’s Bush FC isn’t just a football club. It’s a family. Built in our own community, by people who understand the value of loyalty, passion, and belonging.

We exist because football saves lives.
On the streets of West London, too many young people are slipping through the cracks: misunderstood, mislabelled, and pulled toward chaos. Football has the power to interrupt that cycle. It gives structure. It gives belonging. It gives purpose.
At SBFC, we are building more than a team. We are building a lifeline.
Our Mission
To provide a positive outlet for individuals who are struggling, overlooked, or written off. To turn raw street talent into disciplined, competitive footballers.
Our Ambition
We want to win football matches. With the talent in West London, our 3-year plan is to win the FA Vase.
The Reality We Work Within
Our community faces real challenges, challenges that don’t disappear when players step onto the pitch.
- Many people around us are affected by substance misuse and long-term health pressures, which require care, education, and support
- Over the years, we’ve seen influential players lost to the justice system, breaking momentum for both individuals and the team
- Some players are navigating legal restrictions or probation, often for reasons rooted in environment, circumstance, and lack of opportunity
These aren’t stories to sensationalise. This is the lived realities of the community we serve.
Football doesn’t solve these problems on its own, but it gives people structure, accountability, and something worth committing to while they work through them.
What We Do Differently
SBFC gives second chances because we understand the human side of football and life.
Our players are not bad people. They are often misunderstood, caught between cultures, pressures, and expectations they were never prepared for.
We foster:
- Accountability
- Discipline
- Brotherhood
- A safe space away from violence, drugs, and destructive influences
